Step One: Go to your User Settings >> Data Controls in ChatGPT.

Step Two: Turn off “Chat history & training.” (The toggle button should appear as above.)

Step Three: If prompted, do not select “Improve the model for everyone,” which allows your content to be used to train ChatGPT models.
