Screencasts
Screencasts are recordings of a computer screen that are usually accompanied by audio narration. They provide professors an opportunity to replicate the action of writing on a whiteboard in front of a classroom or display a process that may be completed on a computer.

Recorded slide lectures are presentations on a computer screen of slides accompanied by audio narration. They provide professors an opportunity to replicate the experience of giving a text-based lecture or help reinforce important topics from the corresponding reading.
