Adoption Process
The Cognella Title Catalog offers hundreds of titles across various academic disciplines. Many of our titles feature instructor and student resources to help you effectively introduce and use the materials in your course. From the Title Catalog, you can:

- Preview samples and request digital review copies
- View pricing information
- Find information on companion instructor and student resources
- Contact an adoption specialist to set up access for your students
Our Adoptions Specialists work directly with adopters to provide desk copies, teaching resources, ordering information for the bookstore, and access to Active Learning where available.
Pricing
Our goal is to create high-quality, affordable content. The price varies by title length, complexity, and format, and more specific information can be found on each title in the Cognella Title Catalog. We recognize that student affordability is vitally important, and we prioritize price sensitivity throughout our title development process. If your school has an Inclusive Access program, we can also work with your university to ensure your students receive access at the lowest price possible.
Integration
If you are adopting a title with interactive content, either as an Active Learning companion to the textbook or as an Interactive Ebook, our team can help ensure your students have access from the first day of class.
We offer options for students to access content through the Cognella Active Learning platform, or to integrate directly with your home Learning Management System (LMS). We currently support integration with Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and Brightspace/D2L via LTI 1.3 or LTI 1.1. We have VPAT and HECVAT documentation we can provide to your university’s LMS team. Your adoption specialist can review your needs and provide customized information.
