Writing prompts with feedback activities enable students to practice subjective editing or writing skills and still receive immediate feedback. For instance, students can be encouraged to edit or proofread shorter passages or respond in more depth to open-ended questions. After submitting their responses, they can review model answers or general explanations that correspond to each of the prompts. At the conclusion of the activity, they have the option to print their responses to save or submit separately for a grade.
