Below is an example of revisions made to address reviewer comments for a book on abstract mathematics.
An Example
Reviewer Comments
Reviewer A: I would have liked something in the introduction that explains what is new and different in the 2nd edition. I would prefer a different example on p. 204 so you don’t have to talk about couples dancing and assume one man and one woman in each couple.
Author Response/Revision Plan
We are incorporating the reviewer’s suggestions to amend the Introduction to note the changes from the first edition, and we also changed the paragraph about the dancers and couples (now it’s about nuts and bolts; hence the photo addition).
