Cognella subscribes to an on-demand printing model. This means we only print what students order through our online store, we don’t keep regular inventory or back stock of any course materials, and we print and ship each order individually from several locations across the country. These practices reduce our overhead costs and shipping times—and help to keep our prices low. For these reasons, all sales are final and, in most cases, we don’t accept returns or issue refunds for course materials. However, we do realize that some situations can’t be controlled, and we will try to make exceptions for reasonable circumstances.
