Cognella Academic Publishing Wins Three Awards in National Design Contest

San Diego, CA – July 19, 2016 – Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) recently awarded three Cognella® textbook covers with 2016 American Inhouse Design Awards. For more than 50 years, GDUSA has sponsored exhibitions that feature and recognize the creativity, ingenuity, and skill of premier graphic designers. To receive an American Inhouse Design Award is both prestigious and difficult; this year’s competition was no exception. Of nearly 6,000 entries, only 15% received formal accolades. The three award-winning Cognella book covers, created by graphic designers Jess Estrella and Miguel Macias, are a testament to the level of quality and innovation Cognella strives to deliver to our academic partners each and every day.
