Division 35 of the American Psychological Association Co-sponsors Cognella Title, Women Leading Change in Academia

Strategic partnership supports book that addresses challenges and biases women face in the academy 

San Diego, CA – July 20, 2020 – Women Leading Change in Academia: Breaking the Glass Ceiling, Cliff, and Slipper edited by Callie Rennison, Ph.D. and Amy Bonomi, Ph.D., M.P.H., has received co-sponsorship from Division 35 of the American Psychological Association (APA).

Women Leading Change in Academia is a ground-breaking collection that convenes the perspectives of diverse women academic leaders who discuss their rise to key leadership positions and effective change-making in higher education, despite underlying structural barriers and biases that disadvantage women.

Division 35: Society for the Psychology of Women is an organizational base for all feminists, of all genders and of all national origins, who are interested in teaching, research, or practice in the psychology of womxn.
